This project has easily been my most ambitious to date and favorite of 2019 so far. Back in February, I got a call from Bondir looking to discuss photography needs for their client, Tractor Beverage Co., and was stoked on the potential I saw.
As we entered the discovery phase of the project, it became clear that the common approach for showcasing beverages typically incorporated aspects of pouring, splashing, or ingredients flying around the frame. I really wanted to pursue something different that could stand apart and give a unique visual voice to the Tractor brand. Additionally, as Tractor is a food service beverage company, there really was no obvious physical packaged or branded product, just the liquid of the drink itself.
With all this in mind, we landed on a playful stacking concept that could highlight key ingredients while elevating (literally and figuratively) twenty unique drink flavors.
